Refund policy

Cancelling

Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions sold through Lemon Squeezy. Cancel any time from Manage billing on your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If you're not happy with a charge, email tunnel@dilyor.dev within 14 days of it, from the address on your account, and we'll refund that charge in full. After 14 days, charges are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if we shut the hosted relay down (then we refund the unused part of the month).

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
